A buying reference with explicit units
The original starter uses a compact row layout so buyers can compare products. It includes a stable SKU, product name, variant, wholesale unit price, units per case, and minimum order in cases. These are suggested fields, not an industry-wide standard. Adapt the terms to how your business actually accepts orders.
Find a native Canva template
If you want to edit inside Canva immediately, use its product-template listing or a creator’s catalog collection linked below. Look for a product catalog or line sheet layout, then check whether the chosen design uses Pro assets. These are external Canva designs, separate from the original HTML starter offered here. We have not copied or redistributed those templates.
Use the downloadable layout
Open the HTML starter, click the text to edit it, and print a PDF. The separate CSV gives you an editable data source. This is a browser-editable starter, not a Canva-hosted template or an automatic Canva integration. To retain editable changes beyond the current browser session, edit the downloaded HTML source; the printed PDF preserves the visible result.
Build the same sheet in Canva
Use a portrait page with a short header, a clear table, and ordering details. Keep a row’s SKU and price on the same page. Replace sample text with your own terms. If you add product photos, keep the corresponding identifier visible so similar variants cannot be confused.
Check the order arithmetic
In the fictional sample, SKU 00123 costs USD 12.50 per unit, has 6 units per case, and a minimum of 2 cases. The minimum order for that SKU is 12 units and USD 150.00 before shipping or tax. Use this as a simple check that a reader understands the units. It is not a real product offer.
State terms beside the sheet
Add the effective date, ordering email, currency, freight terms, and how buyers confirm availability. Do not invent shipping promises to fill a blank. Compare every customer edition with the approved price table before sending; the layout cannot prevent the wrong customer’s prices from being used.
