No accounts or file uploads

NarrowTools does not ask you to create an account, upload documents, or provide payment details. Tool links take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies.

Aggregate measurement

When JavaScript is enabled, the site sends a page-view event and may send an event when you click a listed tool. Our application stores daily aggregate counts by page, event type, tool identifier, and a broad source category: direct, search, referral, or internal. These are event counts, not unique visitor counts or a verified measure of human demand.

We do not use analytics cookies, browser fingerprints, advertising identifiers, or persistent visitor IDs. Our application does not store IP addresses, complete referrer URLs, search queries, or user-agent strings in its analytics table. Your browser and Cloudflare necessarily process network information to deliver the website.

Respecting browser preferences

Our usage script skips measurement when the browser reports Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also disable JavaScript; the directory and guides remain readable. This does not prevent the hosting provider from processing requests to serve the website.

Corrections

The optional editorial correction form stores the page path, message, and submission date so the site owner can investigate. It does not request your name or email. Avoid including private information. Messages are not published automatically.

Hosting and retention

The site runs on Cloudflare. Usage aggregates and correction messages are stored in Cloudflare D1. Application request logging is disabled; platform security and operational processing may still apply. Daily aggregates are retained for up to 180 days and correction messages for up to 90 days, with cleanup on a daily scheduled job.
