HOW WE RESEARCH

Evidence before
recommendation.

Start with a job someone needs to finish

We choose subjects around a specific workflow. Community discussions can identify a problem, but a complaint does not prove that every user has it or that a current product still has the same limitation.

Prefer primary documentation

We check official product pages, documentation, and repositories for capabilities and licensing descriptions. Guides link to their sources. Vendor statements about compatibility, privacy, and processing are attributed as descriptions until independently tested.

Separate research from testing

The launch edition is desk research. We have not installed and benchmarked every listed tool or tested conversions on a shared sample set. We do not assign star ratings, claim perfect fidelity, or describe a product as the best for everyone. Suggested checks are recommendations for your own pilot.

AI assistance

AI assisted the initial research, drafting, and site development. The publisher selected the scope and checked the cited product claims. AI output is not treated as evidence of product capability. We use original workflow explanations instead of reproducing other publishers’ articles.

Freshness and corrections

Each guide shows its publication date. Product terms and capabilities may change after that date. Changes should be checked against primary sources before updating a guide; changing a timestamp alone is not a content review. Report a problem through the correction form below.

Do not include personal, confidential, or customer information. This message goes to the site owner, not a tool vendor.

Commercial relationships

There are currently no affiliate links, sponsored rankings, or paid placements. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a guarantee. We do not operate the listed third-party products.
